The CLEPSYDRA Consortium brings together leading European companies and research organizations with solid expertise in GNSS technologies and advanced timing applications.
Each partner contributes its own specialized knowledge, technology, and innovation capacity to jointly design and develop the Galileo Timing Receiver, a state-of-the-art solution that will enhance Europe’s capabilities in precise time dissemination and synchronization.

ELPROMA Elektronika (ELPROMA) has consolidated knowledge and experience in designing resilient time systems resistant to cyber-attacks and NTP/PTP (IEEE1588) desynchronization, as well as in all the supporting techniques and algorithms acquired in several projects essential for supporting any IT/OT of critical infrastructure described in EU NIS2 directive.

Precise Time & Frequency (T&F) counters with precision of a few picoseconds for direct comparisons.
Dissemination of precise T&F signals using optical fibres (co-operation with University of Mining & Industry in Kraków).
